  • Detailed Arrangements – We arrange for warehousing and installation as needed – filling any gaps in your project needs.
  • Assurance – We completely review the final specifications of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment included in each procurement package. We verify all pertinent information and property requirements with the manufacturer and our client.
  • Partnership – Turn-Key Hospitality Solutions’ team leaves no stone unturned.  We generate purchase orders for furniture, fixtures and equipment in the procurement package.  In addition, we work closely with you to review orders and, upon approval, place orders with the vendor. We also obtain all required fire retardant certificates and manufacturer’s warranties.
  • Finishing Touches – Turn-Key Hospitality Solutions provides a tracking & delivery schedule to coordinate all furniture, fixtures and equipment orders.  We also manage the receipt of FF & E deliveries, including unloading and, if necessary, storage for project use.  All deliveries are checked for accuracy and inspected for damages.  If any damages are discovered, we will file the proper documentation with the carrier and/or vendor, and promptly follow-up all issues with viable solutions.
